Donor briefs

Ask for a brief and Stewardly assembles the donor's giving history, your correspondence with them, the meetings they attended, the notes your team left and the texts you exchanged — into one page, sourced line by line.

A steward to think with

Ask who to thank this week, which major donors have gone quiet, or what to say next. Stewardly drafts the email into your own mailbox. It never sends one.

Careful by construction

  • It cannot send mail. Stewardly writes drafts into your own mailbox and stops there. The permission to send is never requested from Google or Microsoft, so it is the platform, not our promise, that enforces it.
  • Briefs stay to public channels. A brief is visible to your whole organization, so the Slack search behind one is restricted to public channels — never a private channel or a direct message.
  • Credentials are encrypted. Every access token and API key is encrypted in our database, and each organization's data is scoped to that organization.
  • Nothing trains a model. Your donors' information is never sold, never used for advertising, and never used to train anyone's model.
